To configure your Microsoft Outlook email accounts, please use the following steps as a guide, noting that they may vary depending on your version of Microsoft Outlook:
Open Microsoft Outlook.
Select "Tools" menu, "Email Accounts", "Add a New Email Account".

Select "POP3" email account

Configure POP Email Account Settings as required (use below as guide or review this Help file).

Click "More Settings" and select "Outgoing Server" tab. Check "My SMTP Outgoing Server Requires Authentication" checkbox.

Finally, click the "Advanced" tab under "More Settings" and change the "Outgoing Server Port" to 2525 as shown below.

Click "OK" to accept this setting, then click "Finish" to complete the Microsoft Outlook POP email configuration.
