To create new email accounts, or modify existing email accounts, with your MyWebNControl account, please use the following steps as your guide:
- Login to your MyWebNControl Webhosting account at www.ibmsolutions.com/cp , using the login/password provided at the time of account signup. Please note this login/password may or may not be the same as your MyWebNControl Website Editing access.
- After successful login, from the Control Panel home page of your webhosting account, select "Email" from the Quick Access icons menu.
- If you are hosting multiple domains, select the domain relative to the email accounts you wish to manage from the top menu drop down menu marked "Mail Domains" and select "Go". This will take you to the list of existing email accounts for that specific domain, allowing you to modify existing accounts or create new ones.
- Select the domain you wish to modify, or click "Add New Email" to configure a new POP or WebMail email account. (Note: When you create a new POP email account, the WebMail account is create automatically, simultaneously.)
- Set the features for the new email account. (ie. Choose email address name, Select "Catchall" if you want to receive all email for that domain regardless of address, select "Mailbox" to create a POP email account (versus a Forward only account), specify any "Mail Aliases", "Mail Forwards", or "AutoResponders" as applicable. Click Submit to create account.
