You can easily copy, cut, or paste through the Advanced HTML Editor, much as you would in a word processing or other application.  This makes it easy to add content to your web pages from other sources, such as Word documents, etc. Be sure to read the instructions for cleaning up the Microsoft Word, Font Tag, and Formatting code if you paste content from another application however.
