To insert a graphic or picture using the Advanced HTML Editor, place your cursor in the position you wish to upload the picture to, then select the Insert Picture tool, which looks like a small landscape image.

Follow the steps as prompted in the web page dialog window that opens for this tool. 

Select "Upload", "Browse", find the picture to upload on your PC, click to add, then click "Upload" and click "OK" to finish the picture upload procedure.  You should see the picture at this point on the page you are editing.  You can then center the picture if you like, or create a hyperlink from that image.
