1.  Webhosting Account Activated:

Immediately after signing up for a new MyWebNControl website you will receive a "Welcome to MyWebNControl"  message by email with your user login & password and your webhosting account will be activated, enabling you to add domains for specific websites, configure email accounts, and upload website files (if you are moving an existing website).

2.  Domain Registrar Nameservers:

As soon as possible after your webhosting account is activiated, you should add your domain to your new webhosting account and update the nameservers at your domain registrar (ie. MyDomain.com, NetworkSolutions.com, Register.com, GoDaddy.com, etc.) to point to our webservers for service.  The specific nameservers for your account will be sent to you in your "Welcome to MyWebNControl" message.  These nameservers will look like "ns3.ibmsolutions.com, ns4.ibmsolutions.com or similar" and should be entered in your existing or new domain registrar account.

3.  MyWebNControl Content Management Application Install:

Once your domain(s) have been added to your webhosting account, we will install and activate the MyWebNControl Content Management Application in your webhosting account.  This is a quick process, dependent only on your domain being added beforehand.  At this point, your new website will come to life, albeit in it's infancy (most of the labor pains are behind you now).

4.  MyWebNControl Design Integration:

The next step in birthing your website is to integrate a design theme into the MyWebNControl application.  Typically, we work with you to migrate an existing design theme from your static or legacy website, or we will create a new design prototype for you to review and approve.  The cost for this varies and is separate seperate from your annual MyWebNControl Hosting fee.  For most small businesses andnon-profit organizations, the the fee ranges from $500~$1,500, but can be as high as $5,000~$10,000 for larger organizations with more complex requirements.

5.  Build Content for Success:

The final step in welcoming your new website to the WWW is to build website content.  What is content?  On the Internet, content is generally referred to as the elements on a web page.  Text, graphics, pictures, data, etc. all make up the content of a website.  To be found on the Internet today, content is king.  Rich, keyword dense, dynamic content that is interesting, intuitive, and interactive will not only get the attention of the key search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.), but it will also serve your audience and customers well--bringing results from your website--whether that means increased sales for your business or more effective communication for your non-profit organization (both to members and the audience your cause is targetting).  We strongly urge you to not skimp on content.  A 100 page website that is poorly assembled has a much better chance of being found (albeit useless once it's discovered most likely), than a 5 page website that is perfect in every other way. With MyWebNControl, YOU are now in control of your YOUR website content, and you can organize your website content in any way you like, and build it as big as you desire.  By the end of step 5, your website is born.  It's not finished, anymore than a newborn is mature, and just like people, it should always be growing.  A website is a process much more than it's a product, so get processing!
